As part of my growing desire to join God in serving people in need all over the world, I will be traveling to Lima, Peru with other students from Ohio Christian University for a 2 week long service project one final time as an OCU student. The team of 8 or so students and staff will be departing on May 8th-22nd. We will be helping fellow missionary families in Lima with their ministries including orphan care, working in local communities and ministries, and teaching English as a second language.
The state of Cusco, Peru has more than 1.2 million people and is ranked as the 16th most populated city in the world, but only 3 percent of the population consider themselves evangelical Christians. Although the city is rich in tradition, many of these customs are centered on pagan rituals and idolatry. These indigenous beliefs make it hard for Peruvians to accept the truth of Christ.
I’m working to raise $2800.00 by the beginning of April. If you would prayerfully consider supporting me financially for this opportunity to serve, just click the link below.
All donations are tax-deductible as well!
Thank you for your love, support, and prayers!
